The service
DwellTwin generates an interactive 3D visualization of a property from the plans, photos and information you provide. It is a best-effort AI generation service — not a floor-plan editor, measurement service or professional survey.
No accuracy guarantee
Results are generated from incomplete real-world evidence and may contain errors, omissions or inferred details. Results must not be used for measurements, construction, appraisal, permitting or other professional decisions.
Payment and failed generations
The service costs $150 per property, paid before generation starts. If we cannot complete your property, you are not charged for incomplete work: the payment is automatically returned as a refund or property credit.
Your content
You must have the right to upload the plans and photos you provide. You keep ownership of your source material and of the generated result. You control the share link.
Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful content or other people’s material without permission, and do not attempt to disrupt the service.
