What is DwellTwin?
DwellTwin turns a floor plan and listing photos into an explorable 3D twin of a property — per-floor views, real materials and a day/night light cycle — delivered as a private link you can share.
What do I need to upload?
A floor plan plus a listing link is enough. Add as many photos as you like — up to 30 files, 50 MB each. More photos make materials and furnishings more faithful.
How long does it take?
Usually a few hours. We email you the moment your property is ready — complex properties can take up to 24 hours.
How much does it cost?
$150 per property. No subscription — you pay when a property is ready to generate.
Which languages are supported?
The site and every email are available in English, Spanish, French, German and Chinese. The 3D viewer works the same everywhere.
How do I share the result?
Every delivered property has a private link that opens in any browser on any device — no app to install. You decide who gets the link.
What if something looks off?
Use the Report a problem button on your delivered property — tell us what looks wrong and our team reviews it. If we cannot make it right, the generation is covered by a property credit.
How accurate is the 3D?
It is a best-effort AI reconstruction made to present a property, not to measure it. It may contain errors, omissions or inferred details and must not be used for measurements, construction, appraisal or permitting.
What about privacy?
The published property never shows the address or identifying details, and the link is unguessable — only people you share it with can open it. Your source files stay private.
Can I steer the result?
Yes — the wizard has an optional “Add details” note. Tell us the kitchen was renovated in oak or that the garden has a pool, and it flows straight into the generation.
