What we collect
Your email address (to sign you in and send project updates), the property material you upload, and basic usage events. We never see or store card numbers — payment is handled by our payment provider.
How your files are used
Uploaded plans and photos are used only to build your property. Published properties never include the address or identifying details.
Retention
Unclaimed anonymous drafts and their files are deleted after 7 days. Claimed projects are kept while your account is active.
Emails
We send transactional emails only: login links, action-required notices, payment confirmations and delivery notifications.
